Our Judical System is NOT set up to handle terrorism trials

So we are going to allow terrorists access to our legal system and now they can sue. This is great we have called off the war and are now going to police them? I would like the people who came up with this to have spent some time with my friend Kevin when he was guarding prisoners in Iraq. The Syrians, Saudis, Yemenis who wanted to do nothing but kill Americans. These last couple of days have not given me a lot of faith in our new administration and its ability to protect the United States and prosecute the war overseas.
